However, it can also find application among private principals. The verification of designs for validation purposes consists of verifying the compliance of the design drawings with the terms of the<strong>Art. 26 of Legislative Decree. 50\/2016<\/strong>  (old Procurement Code) and the<strong>Article 42 of Legislative Decree. 36\/2023<\/strong>  (new Procurement Code), as well as their compliance with current regulations.<\/p><p>As a rule, the activity is aimed at supporting the Single Project Manager (SPO) who provides validation of the project.
