This type of investigation is essential to determine and understand how sensitive a building is to earthquake-induced actions and also allows for the identification of areas of greatest criticality on which to intervene in a targeted manner with improvement and adaptation works. The verification process can be described by the following activities:<\/p><ul><li>The historical-critical analysis of the technical documentation in possession and the building records<\/li><li>The structural survey and performance of nondestructive testing to determine the least disturbance to building use<\/li><li>Performing numerical analysis with different structural calculation methods according to the complexity and type of the building<\/li><li>The determination of seismic risk indicators and the identification-through graphic drawings-of a clear interpretation of the most critical areas<\/li><li>The design of seismic improvement and retrofitting, if any<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>The analysis of <strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/teknoprogettisrl.it\/en\/seismic-vulnerability\/\">seismic vulnerability<\/a> <\/strong> of existing buildings is regulated by the<b>P.c.m. Ordinance March 20, 2003 no. 3274<\/b>  and from the  <b>d.d.u.o. Nov. 21, 2003 no. 19904<\/b>  of Lombardy Region and is carried out in compliance with the Technical Standards for Construction (Ministerial Decree January 17, 2018).
