Restoration and maintenance of assets in Milan<\/h4>\n

Teknoprogetti Engineering was in charge of the design and Construction Supervision of the Restoration and Conservative Renovation works<\/b> for the renovation of the condominium facade on the street, carried out at the condominium at Via Giovanni Pergolesi 16 in Milan.<\/p>\n

Work performed<\/h2>\n

These works became necessary due to extensive deterioration to the entirety of the facade and balconies, with the presence of complex decorative concrete elements and decorations. These elements had parts exposed to weathering and urban pollution, micro lesions, cracks and potential risks of detachment that needed specific solutions respecting the materials and structures.<\/p>\n

Given the characteristics of the property, the contractor who carried out the work was required to have specific expertise in the Restoration and Maintenance of property <\/b>having a special value.<\/p>\n

The intervention included preventive treatment works for the injured and detachment-prone areas.<\/p>\n

To this end, pre-consolidation and sealing of any exfoliations, cracks, fractures or lesions were carried out to prevent the washout effects of cleaning and washing the stone from surface deposits. We have also provided for Treatment interventions for oxidation arrest. And, at the same time, we planned interventions to protect metal elements <\/b>as well as the final application of colorless protective products designed to ensure the surface protection of stone artifacts to slow their degradation.<\/p>\n

In addition to designing and overseeing the technical work, Teknoprogetti Engineering also handled the paperwork and certifications required for the so-called \u201cFacade Bonus<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n
