In October 2019, a new update of the guide ‘Sismabonus.<\/p>\n
The guide was compiled by the National Association of Building Contractors. Inside, we find guidance on the changes introduced by the Growth Decree.<\/p>\n
These amendments also extend the Sismabonus deduction to property units located in earthquake-prone zones 2 and 3.<\/p>\n
Originally, however, deductions applied only to earthquake-prone zones 1.<\/p>\n
This is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the Sismabonus even for properties that were previously excluded from it.<\/p>\n
The references to the Legislative Decree are as follows: DL June 4, 2013, no. 63 – converted with amendments into Law 90\/2013 – Art.16. The text is, in addition, coordinated with the amendments made by DL 34\/2019 Growth Decree.<\/p>\n
