Teknoprogetti’s quality management system is certified under two separate scopes, corresponding to the company’s two technical divisions: Integrated Design and the Non-Destructive Testing sector. The distinction is not merely formal: the two divisions operate with separate processes, tools and responsibilities, and the separate certification reflects this operational distinction.

An ISO 9001 certification is not an honorary title — it is a documented control system that produces practical effects on every assignment entrusted to Teknoprogetti:
- Operational procedures are written, verified and updated. They do not depend on the presence of any single individual.
- Measuring instruments are periodically calibrated with traceable SIT/ACCREDIA certificates. Every technical report includes the relevant calibration references.
- Technical reports follow a controlled format. They carry legal validity for static testing, building permits, insurance assessments and litigation.
- Non-conformities are recorded and managed with documented corrective actions. The annual ICMQ audit verifies that the system genuinely works.
- Certificate no. 22579 specifically covers in-situ testing — meaning that structural investigation campaigns fall within the certified scope, not only the design activity.

Organisational and management model — Legislative Decree 231/2001
Since 2025 Teknoprogetti Engineering has adopted the organisational, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. 231/2001. The model defines procedures for the prevention of predicate offences in the course of business activity and is supervised by an independent Supervisory Body.
Adoption of the 231 Model is an increasingly common requirement in public procurement tenders and SOA qualification procedures. For public clients who require it, a formal attestation of adoption is available upon written request.
Certified equipment for in-situ investigations
In-situ tests carried out by Teknoprogetti use the company’s own equipment, periodically calibrated at SIT/ACCREDIA accredited centres. The equipment covers all main non-destructive testing methods:
- Rebound hammers for concrete, timber, mortar and steel (PROCEQ Digi-Schmidt, Silver Schmidt, Eurosit Wood Pecker)
- Ultrasonic instruments for concrete, steel and masonry (PROCEQ Tico, Valtronic, LBG)
