‘Seismbonus’ guide update

In October 2019, a new update of the guide ‘Sismabonus.

The guide was compiled by the National Association of Building Contractors. Inside, we find guidance on the changes introduced by the Growth Decree.

These amendments also extend the Sismabonus deduction to property units located in earthquake-prone zones 2 and 3.

Originally, however, deductions applied only to earthquake-prone zones 1.

This is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the Sismabonus even for properties that were previously excluded from it.

The references to the Legislative Decree are as follows: DL June 4, 2013, no. 63 – converted with amendments into Law 90/2013 – Art.16. The text is, in addition, coordinated with the amendments made by DL 34/2019 Growth Decree.

The replacement discount
